Return Policy - Oralove.fr

We understand that you may need to return a product and we are here to help you. Here is our detailed return policy:

Return Period:

You have 14 days from the receipt of your purchase to request a refund or an exchange. Beyond this deadline, we unfortunately will not be able to accept your return.

Non-returnable products:

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned. This includes products intended for intimate or hygienic use, such as underwear, items of a sexual nature, in accordance with public health regulations.

Return Policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase in order to process a return.

Reimbursements:

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days and applied to your original payment method.

Sale Items:

Items on sale are not refundable. Only items at full price can be refunded.

Gifts:

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be sent to the giver.

Return costs:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. The delivery fees are non-refundable.
