Instructions for use:

Perform training sessions of about 20 minutes a day with different weights.

Start with the single support and the purple, yellow, or turquoise ball: each weighing 40 grams, which is ideal for beginners. Use a small amount of water-based lubricant for added comfort.

After some training, you can switch to the double support and combine the pink and blue balls: weighing 50 and 60 grams respectively.


Two ball supports are included, one accommodating one ball and the other two balls. Both supports are very flexible and stretchable, making it easy to change between the different balls.

Each support has a convenient 5 cm long retrieval cord.

The balls and supports are made of body-safe silicone.

You can easily clean your Vita pelvic training kit with warm water, mild antibacterial soap, or a sex toy cleaner.
